I made a mistake on my order, what should I do?

If you have made a mistake on your order, please email us at or call us at 508-498-8016 as soon as possible.  We will cancel the order for you then you can place your correct order.  

Please include the Order number from the order confirmation email or have the number handy to give us over the phone.

How safe is my personal information?

You can rest assured, any personal information you provide during the ordering process is never shared or sold to anyone at any time. Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information is used solely to bill the customer for their order. All credit card processing is done through PayPal's secure online payment transfer service. No credit card information is collected by Supercloth Clean. Only your email, shipping history and shipping address will be held in our system.




Do you have a printable order form I can mail with payment?

Yes we do for U.S. orders only. Click here to download and print out the form.

Can I track my order?

All you need to track your order is the Order # on the order confirmation email you received and the email address you used when placing the order.

How long until I get my Supercloths?

Orders paid by credit card usually ship the next day. If we are shipping to the U.S. then you should have your order within 4 to 5 business days.

Can I create an account?

We encourage you to create an account. With an account you can store your name, address, phone and email account. That way you don’t have to reenter all your information again when it is time to restock your Supercloth.

Why do I get an error message from Paypal?

When checking out on Supercloth Clean's website you are asked to supply your billing/shipping address.  This address is sent to Paypal when you go to pay.  If you entered your address wrong, Paypal will give an error message like below.


The most common error is an incorrect Postal Code.  Make sure that you have entered your Postal code in the correct field.

Why won’t my credit card go through?

Supercloth Clean uses Paypal to process credit cards. If your credit card has been declined, then you will need to contact Paypal at

Do you take credit card orders over the phone?

Yes, we are able to take credit card orders over the phone. If you need assistance placing your credit card order online, contact us at 508-498-8016 or

Can I pay by check?

Yes, you can if you are in the United States with our Printable Order Form. Make checks payable to Grace Macaluso - Supercloth Clean.  Mail the order form and check to Supercloth Clean, 3 Main St, Medway, MA 02053.

Is it safe to use a credit card to pay for my order?

Supercloth Clean uses Paypal as our payment gateway for credit cards. All credit card processing is done on Paypal’s secure servers.

From Paypal site, “When you use PayPal for online purchases, we never share your financial information with merchants. All you need to give the seller is your email address-because your payment details are already safely stored on our secure servers.”

Supercloth Clean does ask for your name, address and phone number so that we can process your order in our system.


How do I pay by credit card?

When checking out, select Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to use your credit card).

On the next screen, click on “Don’t Have a Paypal Account?”


You can now enter your credit card information to complete your order.


What forms of payment do you accept for online orders?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.  If you would like to pay by check or money order and live in the United States use our Printable Order Form.

How is my package shipped?

We ship all packages by U.S.P.S. First Class mail.

What countries do you ship to?

We try to ship everywhere. Because postal rates vary we only ship certain packages outside the United States. Click here for International Packages.

How much do you charge for shipping?

U.S. orders ship for free! International shipping rates are per package (one package per order). 6 Supercloth $9.18 5 Supercloth $9.18 4 Supercloth $6.52 3 Floor, 1 Surface $5.65  

Why do I receive this message…?

Why do I receive this message “Sorry, it seems that there are no available shipping methods for your location” when I calculate shipping for my country?

Your order may be rejected for a few reasons

1. You selected a package that ships to U.S. and Canada only. Make sure to select a package from our International Orders page.

2. You combined international packages into one order. If you would like two different packages you need to place two separate orders. This is due to postal restrictions on size of packages.

3. You ordered multiples of the same package. We only accepted one package per order. Make sure that you only choose one package per order. If you combine packages your order will be rejected until you remove one of the packages.
